This is misleading bullshit. In the order you can see where the judge denied the restraining order portion, but granted the other portions which asked for the exact same thing. Take2 repeated itself to cover all bases. So in essence the judge thought it was dumb to order the same thing twice, so scratched out one part.

The court granted a preliminary motion that ordered every relevant portion of a temporary restraining order, and 3DR is forbidden from releasing the duke code, destroying the duke code, etc etc. Lying doesn't exactly make you look better, 3DR...
