Assassin's Creed co-dev says annual release 'is a boon,' but wants more 'ownership'

"Shipping a game every year is a boon rather than a hindrance," Ubisoft Quebec game director said about working on Assassin's Creed as co-dev. However, "I don't think teams can be co-dev partners forever," he points out, as the studio tries to leave the shadow of Montreal.
