Borderlands 2 PC uses Steamworks

The PC edition Borderlands 2 will use Valve's Steamworks suite as its DRM. Gearbox's shooter RPG will pack Steamworks features including multiplayer matchmaking, Steam Cloud storage, achievements, auto-updating, downloadable content, "and more."

Borderlands 2 launching in September

Face-shooting fans, prepare to return to Pandora on September 18, when Borderlands 2 will arrive on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Gearbox has also unveiled the in-game goodies you can snag by pre-ordering the shooter-RPG sequel, and blasted out a new trailer.

Spec Ops crosses The Line on June 26
