Mass Effect Andromeda pre-order trailer shows off perks in action
We also get a glimpse of an unhappy Krogan doing a ground pound in multiplayer.
Mass Effect Andromeda is rapidly approaching its March 21 release date, so EA and BioWare have released a short trailer reminding potential players of some of the perks they can get by pre-ordering the game.
We get a look at the Deep Space Explorer Suit and a unique skin for the Nomad ATV, but we also get a brief glimps at some of the game's multiplayer to highlight a Multiplayer Booster Pack, which offers five 50% XP boosts for co-op matches. The regular game is selling for $59.99 and will have no season pass. There is also a Deluxe Edition for $10 more that will get:
- Pathfinder Elite Weapon Set
- Pathfinder Casual Outfit
- Scavenger Armor
- Pet Pyjak
- Digital Soundtrack
- Multiplayer Deluxe Launch Pack
A Super Deluxe Edition for $99.99 will get you all the pre-order perks and the Deluxe Edition items, as well as Multiplayer Super Deluxe Booster Packs that will boost progression. One pack will be available each week for 20 weeks.
The game is coming out on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

As much as I enjoyed the Mass Effect games so far, this is just too expensive. $90 CDN for a deluxe edition that doesn't have a season pass of any sort... While they have said there won't be a season pass, we are all too familiar with EA's dlc plans, and with them keeping that under wraps still, I think this will be a wait and see title for me... :(
