Ace Combat 7 Gets a New Trailer at PlayStation Experience 2016
I feel the need, the need for speed!
I absolutely love the Ace Combat series (especially 0 and 5), and I can't explain how pumped up I am for Ace Combat 7. The new trailer that dropped today at PlayStation Experience 2016 was only a minute long, but it showed some of the beautiful airplanes we've come to expect from the series.
Ace Combat 7 is a direct sequel to Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation so we'll get to see more of the Estovakians and Emmerians, and hopefully even see Yuktobania, Osea, and Belka again! There's no firm release date set for Ace Combat 7, but Bandai Namco is aiming for a 2017 release.

God damn, I forgot how goofy the "regular" AC games are. I'm excluding Assault Horizon because, while it didn't have any of the extremely weird (read: Japanese) plot elements, it was a monumental turd of a flight sim.

You're thinking of Tom Clancy's HAWX. Which ended up being way better than Assault Horizon which had quicktime events, on rails shooter mechanics, more in combat cinematic garbage than time spent on the combat...

Motherfucker, PS4 exclusive!? I absolutely loved AC6 on the 360. Since AC7 is going back to that setting I'd totally buy it on the One or on PC. Fuck this exclusivity.
