Battlefield 1 servers down yet again on PC, PS4, and Xbox One [Update]
The Battlefield 1 servers have been brought down yet again, leaving many extremely frustrated over the constant connection issues.
Update: It appears the servers for Battlefield 1 are back online. A number of users have either no longer been reporting of the outage, or have outright said they were back up. We have also confirmed that we were able to connect to the Battlefield 1 servers just a moment ago.
Original Story:
The servers for Battlefield 1 appear to be down this morning, leaving many players unable to log into the game and access its online multiplayer modes.
Battlefield 1’s servers didn’t have the best time over the weekend as they were brought down a number of times. As a result, many players were unable to enjoy their game, which we’re sure can be extremely frustrating. Today’s outage appears to be affecting all platforms Battlefield 1 is available on, which includes the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Upon hearing of today's server outage, we can confirm we were unable to connect to the PC version of Battlefield 1.
As of this writing, there haven't been any updates from any of EA’s official social media accounts, including the official Battlefield Twitter account. We’ll proceed to update our story as we learn more about this ongoing server outage.
