Destiny will be receiving update 2.4.1 tomorrow, and with it, Guardians can expect the maximum Light level to increase to 400.

With the increase of Light level, Guardians will be able to earn rewards that will now provide rewards up to 400 Light in Strike Hoards, Nightfall, Exotic Engrams, Trials of Osiris, Crucible, and Iron Banner. Archon’s Forge, the Heroic SIVA Strike playlist, and Legendary Engrams will provide rewards up to 385 Light. Rare Engrams and the SIVA Strike Playlist will provide rewards with the least amount of Light at 365.

The recommended Light for all of the previously-mentioned activities will stay the same, except for Nightfall. The Light required to participate in Nightfall activities will be increased to 380.

The increase in Light will correspond with the release of the Heroic Mode for Wrath of the Machine, which will become available tomorrow at 10am PT / 1pm ET.
