Rainbow Six Siege Starter Edition for PC back again for $15
It was so successful in June that Ubisoft brought it back.
Ubisoft had a pretty good deal back in June, trying to entice PC players into Rainbow Six Siege with a $15 Starter Edition. Apparently it worked, because the deal is back again for a limited time.
The Starter Edition is only available via Uplay, but gives players full access to the game, including all missions, multiplayer maps and cooperative Terrorist Hunt. The only difference between the starter pack and the full game is that players get two operators at random, and then 600 R6 credits that can be spent on new operators, weapons or gear. Eventually, everything can be unlocked and purchased with R6 credits or in-game Renown. But be warned that prices will be a bit steeper than if you had purchased the full game.
The special is for a limited time, although Ubi isn't saying just when the deal goes away.
