Another Killzone could happen, game director says
Emphasis on 'could,' but no details on if or when.
We haven't heard much from the Killzone franchise since Shadow Fall launched with a thud as an inaugural PlayStation 4 title in November 2013. And developer Guerrilla Games is working on a new franchise in Horizon Zero Dawn. So Killzone is MIA for now, but according to the studio director, not necessarily dead.
"Killzone is very key and very core to Guerrilla," managing director Herman Hulst said in the October issue of Game Informer (via GameSpot). "We have a lot of love for the franchise. In a way it's conclusive, but at the same time we'll leave everything open for the future. Who am I to say we'll never do anything? There's too much in it to ever make any kind of definite statements on [the future of Killzone]."
Whether Guerrilla will launch a franchise rescue remains to be seen, but at least fans of the series can hold out some hope - for now.

Very cool I hope they make another one(I really liked the last one), actually I personally liked Killzone Shadow Fall more than Halo.
Just think the next one could be a open world FPS which would be incredible, after their work on Horizon Zero Dawn it be a perfect next game to use that tech on.
I am such a massive fan of Guerrilla Games they own, I am dying to play Horizon Zero Dawn.
