5pb has announced it is currently working on a new entry to its Chaos;Child visual novel series, called Chaos;Child: Love Chu Chu!!.

Chaos;Child is a sequel to the Chaos;Head anime, which originally aired in 2008. The game released in Japan in 2014 on Xbox One, which then found itself on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita in 2015 and ending up on PC in 2016. The game is split into multiple story routes, allowing players to experience a new part of its story when played again.

Each new route focuses on one of the game’s characters, also allowing for the player to experience either a positive, neutral, or negative delusion. Decisions made by the player will affect the character’s world view, as well as who he trusts.

5pb is keeping details regarding Chaos;Child: Love Chu Chu!! minimal at the moment, although we do know the game will be released in Spring 2017. Platforms and pricing have yet to be announced.
