If you loved Yoshi's Woolly World for Wii U, Nintendo is knitting together a 3DS version with a bit more emphasis on Yoshi's best friend Poochy.

In today's Nintendo Direct, the company revealed that the game would have every stage from the Wii U version, but add several exclusive stages focusing on Poochy. The gameplay will also feature the new Poochy Pups, designed to give players hints on where to look for secrets and collectibles. Just order them to a locations and see how excited they get.

Nintendo is working with stop animation studio Dwarf to create 30 exclusive shorts for the game as well. They will offer a bit more fun focusing on the daily lives of Yoshi and Poochy.

If you are into amiibo functionality, a yarn amiibo Poochy is also planned, with more details on how it will work with the game coming later.

Poochy and Yoshi's Woolly World is scheduled to launch on February 3, 2017.
