Watch Dogs 2's latest gameplay trailer highlights free-roam and multiplayer options
Ubisoft has made some significant improvements to Watch Dogs 2, and today, a new video has been released to highlight many of them.
Ubisoft Montreal has released a new video for Watch Dogs 2 that takes a look at some of its open world aspects, which shows free roam and multiplayer gameplay going hand in hand.
The following video was taken from an Alpha build of Watch Dogs 2 and shows off how much hacking has improved in the game over the original. Players will now be able to receive additional hacking opportunities by simply holding the L1 (or RB if you’re playing on Xbox One) button. You can also change your view of the world just to focus on multiple hacking opportunities around you, which will make it that much easier to find what you’re looking for.
Watch Dogs 2 also has a wide, open world to explore within the San Francisco Bay area, improved driving mechanics, and customization options that offer billions of possible combinations.
The video shows off about 20 minutes of direct gameplay of Watch Dogs 2, so we recommend you set some time aside for yourself to watch all of it in order to learn just how much work Ubisoft put into improving on the sequel’s overall experience.

I am with you, I think it looks awesome. I watched the whole video and everything I saw looks really good.
I can't wait, it looks a million times better than Watch Dogs 1 if every area. Everything seems to transition really smoothly and even the world doesn't seem disconnected and choppy like the first one.
Really cool to see them make it so much better. I just hope the PC version is really solid, this PS4 footage looks really good.
