Star Trek: Bridge Crew VR experience launching in November
Go where no Trek game has gone before on Rift, Vive and PSVR.
Star Trek: Bridge Crew was a bit of a pleasant surprise at E3, putting players onto the virtual bridge of a Federation starship through a virtual reality headset. Now, Ubisoft has announced that everyone who has shelled out cash for a headset will be able to jump into the game on November 29.
The four-player co-op game lets players take the role of captain, tactical officer, chief engineer or navigator. The game will be playable using Oculus Rift, HTC Vive or PlayStation VR, and will be released digitally first. A retail release a week later.
Ubisoft also revealed release dates for its other VR titles. Werewolves Within will be released on all thre VR products on December 6, while Eagle Flight will get a staggered release of October 18 for Rift, November 8 for PSVR and December 20 for Vive. It also revealed that Trackmania Turbo will getting a VR addition patch on November 8.
