Mafia 3 trailer details The Heist and the night that changed it all
The Federal Reserve gets hit by the mob in New Bordeaux in 1968
Mafia 3 is rolling toward its October 7 release from confinement at Hangar 13, which means it must be time for more news on the antics and shenanigans of the wise guys.
In a new trailer called The Heist, we see Lincoln Clay and a pal fob the Federal Reserve in New Bordeaux in 1968. While we don;t see any actual gameplay, we do get a sense of all the guns, the style and ambiance of the '60s, and the betrayals usually associated with mob life. Even the video description hints at the intrigue: "The Mafia took so much from so many in its rise to power in New Bordeaux. When Lincoln Clay came back from Vietnam, his family was all he had. One night would change it all."
This is the first game for the Hangar 13 dev team, an in-house group at publisher 2K Games. The game is coming out on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
