Vito Scaletta Returns In The Latest Mafia III Character Spotlight

Oh, Vito. Why'd you have to go?

Mafia II was one of my favorite games when it released for various reasons. The protagonist, Vito Scaletta, was one of them. Mafia III is on the horizon, and the latest trailer showing off assets from the upcoming game gives Vito some screen time of his own.

The video highlights Vito's personal journey through Mafia II all the way up to his being exiled to New Bordeaux by the commission from Empire Bay before Mafia III begins.

The "Vito -- The Throwback" trailer attempts to bridge the gap between the late events of Mafia II and Mafia III, and if you missed the character like I did, you'll definitely want to check it out.

Mafia III is due out for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 7.
