You Might See Familiar Faces in The New Assassin's Creed Movie
Which "familiar faces" is still up for discussion.
The upcoming Assassin's Creed film looks like it's going to have a lot more going on for it than Aguilar, the character Michael Fassbender is said to be playing within the film. In fact, according to Entertainment Weekly's Fall Movie Preview, it seems that some familiar items and characters from the Assassin's Creed video game series will be appearing in the movie as well.
Not only will the items be in the film, but they'll be used by their "original owners," but there's no word as to which owners will be in the movie. Before you go getting excited, it was basically confirmed there would be no Altair or Ezio (why would there be, that makes too much sense) but there will be "very famous" characters fans will enjoy in the film. Who might be making a special cameo appearance? It's still up in the air, but it looks like there's some effort being made to connect to fans of the original game series.
