After a rather calm day yesterday, but hard to top the greatest comeback in sports history, what do we think we will see today?
I think EG broke Ehomes will, they did not show up yesterday against DC
EG vs Wings should be a good series, I think it will be a repeat for finals.

Wings is a good team but I would rather see EG vs DC or MVP in the finals.

I would too, I would love to see DC, but wings is playing pretty good and I have a gold card of wings player in my fantasy deck!

As much as I like MVP, they just don't seem to be playing at the same level as EG or DC. Yes, they took out OG, but I think that was more OG playing subpar from expectations.

Then in the MVP v Wings series, a series I was looking forward to as being one of the most exciting, it was a snore fest with Wings putting them away without much effort.

There next match up is against Fnatic , which should be a good series since they scrim so much. But at the same time, it's also probably their most favorable match up. I think as soon as MVP is up against either DC or EG, they will crumble.

DC looked good, but yea I think their competitive will was crushed after that comeback. They didn't really do much wrong in that game and they would have won that game vs any other team in the tournament. EG just didn't GG, when other teams would have.

same here, I was hoping for a slugfest. I doubt mvp can come back since fnatic has a bounty as well so they'll just keep getting further ahead. And no way to deal with a tinker...

MVP isn't looking like their old selves here. They've been playing really conservatively. I think they're rattled. Fnatic just look a lot more controlling and aggressive.

DC easily. People had expected them to lose out in the group stages. Fnatic had a better predicted standing before the group stages started.

You're seeing the problem you see a lot in pubs here. You build an aggressive ganking lineup so that the enemy team leaves the AM alone. AM then comes out of the trees to rape everyone. It's even worse that Wings has to put up with an Io.

They need to focus on AM.

        August 12, 2016 2:43 PM

EG just got out drafted there. They had a very not-tanky with very little control/disable against basically the opposite. There was no way they could win a 5 man until AM was 6 slotted really.

EG may want to actually place some wards in their jungle and opponents jungle. Not just around Roshan. Both games they hard horrible vision.

      • reply
        August 12, 2016 3:35 PM

Seems like they were banking on the alc giving the night stalker aghs to get vision but yea that takes time. Hawks are pretty good

      • reply
        August 12, 2016 3:37 PM

I think actually had pretty good vision in that game, but so did Wings.

        • reply
          August 12, 2016 3:40 PM

They had one ward mid and one in Radiant jungle then 3 around Roshan largely overlapping. Wings had 2 in their jungle 1 ancients/mid area and I think 2 in EG's jungle. They utilized them far better and were constantly just running at EG which had slow reactions because of their lack of vision. That wasn't solely why they lost the game but in both they had terrible vision.
