Eidos Montreal reveals PC specs and preload schedule for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
The minimum specs are modest enough that a wide breadth of users will be able to enjoy the game.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is less than two weeks out from release. To help you get ready, Eidos Montreal revealed the game's minimum PC specs and preloading schedule.
The specs are reasonable—hardly a surprise, since Mankind Divided was developed for consoles alongside the PC release. Minimum specs call for at least 8 gigs of RAM, an Intel Core i3-2100 or comparable AMD processing power, and an NVIDIA GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870, both of which need at least 2 GB of video RAM.
For a smoother experience, you don't have far to jump between minimum and recommended specs. You'll find both detailed below.
If you want to be ready to augment your face and other body parts as soon as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided becomes available, you can begin preloading as of Friday, August 19, at 9p Pacific / 12a Eastern. And if you need help deciding whether or not to take the plunge, check out our hands-on preview.
