Indigo Prophecy coming to PS4 next week with full Trophy support
Quantic Dreams' Indigo Prophecy is coming to PlayStation 4 next week, but all you can really expect out of it is trophy support. Oh, yea - and an amazing storytelling experience.
Quantic Dreams has announced it will be releasing the PlayStation 2 version of Fahrenheit / Indigo Prophecy onto the PlayStation 4 on August 9 via the PlayStation Store.
Fahrenheit / Indigo Prophecy originally released back in 2005 on PlayStation 2 and Xbox, which it then released onto PC a few weeks later. Then last year, PC players were able to check out a remastered version of the game as well as iOS, Mac, and Android users.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear the version PlayStation 4 owners are getting is the remastered, so expect the game to not have improved graphics or anything else from that version. Although at least you can look forward to Trophy support, which is better than nothing, we guess.
Indigo Prophecy is seen as an important game in Quantic Dreams’ history as it paved the way for follow-up games like Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, and soon, Detroit: Become Human.
