Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2 coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One on July 26
You can purchase either game on its own or as a special bundle at a reduced price.
It’s been nearly seven years since we were able to team up with Earth’s mightiest heroes, and while fans of the Marvel Ultimate Alliance still wait for Activision to release another sequel, at least they can enjoy both games on current gen and PC as it’ll be released digitally starting tomorrow.
Marvel announced Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 will released digitally during one of its San Diego Comic-Con panels. The Marvel Ultimate Alliance series will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, which executive producer Mike Jones believes now would be the most opportune time to re-introduce it to gamers. “It’s a perfect time to play these games if you missed them the first time or replay with new friends and new Super Hero dream teams,” he says in an interview conducted on Marvel.com.
Whether or not this means we could be seeing a new Marvel Ultimate Alliance game has yet to be confirmed, but Jones says “Following the footsteps of a proud Marvel tradition, I’ll say: Anything is possible, True Believers!”
Marvel Ultimate Alliance will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam starting July 26th for $39.99 each, or $59.99 for its bundle.
