Bethesda announces schedule for QuakeCon 2016

Plenty of games will be on display when you need a break from the BYOC area.

Bethesda has announced the schedule of events for this year's QuakeCon. The annual LAN extravaganza takes place at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX, from 10am CT on Thursday, August 4 until 12pm CT on Sunday, August 7.

Plan to arrive early: the Annual QuakeCon Welcome kicks off at 3pm CT on August 4 and revolves around a sneak peek at Quake Champions, announced during E3. Attendees will also get an exclusive gameplay presentation of Dishonored 2 and Prey.

Friday and Saturday will be jam-packed with developer panels. Highlights include a behind-the-scenes look at Doom on Friday at 2:30 in the Sapphire Room, another panel on the art and design of Doom slated for 12p on Saturday in the Sapphire Room, and more.
