Team Ninja's upcoming Smurai RPG Nioh was a no-show at the Sony press conference, but that didn;t keep publisher Koei Tecmo from releasing a new gameplay trailer, and announcing a beta demo for the game.

The game had an alpha demo in April, which snagged more than 850,00 players to test out the game and offer feedback. A second demo si planned for August, with more info and details of what will be included coming a bit later.

In the meantime, check out the new trailer that focuses on the hero, William, and shows off some of the places he will visit and the powers he will wield.

The game is slated to come on exclusively on PS4 later this year.
