Today we reinvent being underwhelmed by Mac OS updates...
Apple has announced the next big update to their Mac operating system, Mac OS Sierra.
Major new features and updates include:
Auto Unlock - users with Apple Watch will be able to authenticate their password without typing them in.
Universal Clipboard - users can copy videos, pictures, and text on an iOS device and paste it on their Mac using this awesome new continuity feature.
Apple Pay for the web - users will be able to purchase things on the web with Apple Pay using a nearby iPhone or Apple Watch for authentication.
Siri for Mac - users can now yell at their Macs when Siri gets their commands their wrong.
Picture in Picture - a killer feature from iPad is coming to Mac. It will be interesting to see if all video apps and sites support this.
iCloud Drive - users can now access their Mac desktop and folders from their other devices. iCloud will also free up space on your computer by pushing older, lesser used files to the cloud.
Tabs are now built into the system and many more features will be showcased when Mac OS Sierra ships to consumers this fall.
Developers can get their hands on it today and users can sign up for the Public Beta in July here.
