The studio behind Dying Light will now be publishing games internationally
Techland has announced Techland Publishing will proceed to publish two major multiplatform games and four digital games per year.
Techland, best known as the studio behind Dying Light, Dead Island, the Call of Juarez series, has announced it will be moving into the international publishing market under the Techland Publishing umbrella.
While many of us know Techland as a developer, the studio has over twenty years of not only creating games, but distributing and publishing them as well in Central and Eastern Europe. Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka says “after the successful promotional campaigns for Dying Light and Dying Light: The Following, led by our own dedicated team, we believe this is the perfect time to use everything we’ve learned and help other developers.”
Techland Publishing’s goal will be to release two major multiplatform titles and four digital titles each year. As of now, the publisher is currently scanning the market for possible opportunities and will proceed to announce the first game it will publish soon.
