The Elder Scrolls Online Dark Brotherhood DLC is pretty bloody
That should have been obvious with a launch trailer called 'Blood Will Flow'.
PC players who haven't had enough blood and guts in Tamriel will be quite happy with today's release of the Dark Brotherhood DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online. Developer Zenimax Online has been fairly liberal with gruesome executions.
The DLC, which is part of the ESO Plus content (or 2000 in-game crowns if you don't have the upgrade), takes players back to the Gold Coast of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and lets them join the nefarious guild of assassins. For those that didn't play Oblivion, this pack will open up the westernmost region of Cryodiil, with the cities of Anvil and Kvatch ripe for exploration and murder.
Assassins will get new passive abilities that will protect them from consequences of going on a few killing sprees. And as witha ny new DLC, you can get some in-game items as rewards or through the store.
Players on PS4 and Xbox One will need to wait a bit longer to join the Brotherhood. Mark June 14 on your calendar - in blood if you want to get in the proper mood.
