Your Xbox One Can Now Play Multi-Disc Xbox 360 Titles

Been hankering for a bit of Mass Effect 2 or Deus Ex: Human Revolution? You're in luck!

Is there a particular Xbox 360 game you've been dying to play on your Xbox One but couldn't due to multi-disc constraints? That's all about to change, as the Xbox One's backwards compatibility program now supports said multi-disc games.

Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb confirmed to Polygon that the games are now supported:

"I can confirm that the [backwards compatibility] team has done work to support multi-disc scenarios. Be sure to thank the backwards compatibility engineers."

There are over 170 games available currently in the Xbox One backwards compatibility library, so chances are if you're looking for a classic title to go back to, you'll probably find it there. And there are still tons of titles to go back to that you may have missed, take it from me. Saints Row IV is excellent, if you missed out on it the first time around, as is The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. If you want to see the list of games available for yourself, you can find it right here for cross-referencing purposes.
