PSA: Get Doom from Newegg for $45

If an RPG-FPS mix is more your speed, you can grab Fallout 4 for less than $30 from Amazon.

Intrigued by id Software's reimagining of Doom but less than enthusiastic about paying 60 bucks? Newegg's got you covered. Per GameSpot, a promo code blasts $15 off the price. Just go to Newegg, add Doom to your cart, and enter "EMCEJFH69" at checkout without quotes.

Once you're up and running (at no slower than 45 miles per hour), be sure to sneak a peek at some of the Easter eggs id squirreled away inside the game.

If you're taking the way-and-see approach on Doom (4), Amazon's running a killer deal on Fallout 4. Physical versions of the game have been discounted to just under $30 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

  I think that's a shipped-disc offer? GMG gets you a Steam key for $48 if you get their 20OFF coupon (which I got for trying to leave the page, after seeing it was full price).

  I would image that this game is going to come bundled with the new nVidia cards. It just makes too much sense.

  Apparently cdkeys.com has it for like $35 with promo code DOOM666. Not that I'd typically suggest using a site like that. But figured I'd drop it here in case anyone needs it.

      Well of course. It's the same game haha. I just know these sites ride the grey area of morality for some, so I figured I'd let it be known that I wasn't endorsing them, just posting about them.

        Yeah. Sometimes it's hard to turn down really good prices like this. Especially if you happen to be on a budget.

    I can confirm it worked! I had 2 separate credit cards give me warning texts, but otherwise the cd key activated on Steam.
