Activision has announced it will be holding a double XP weekend for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 across all platforms.

The double XP weekend will be for Black Ops 3’s standard multiplayer modes as well as its zombies game mode. The special event will begin later today at 10am PT, and will end on April 18 at the same time.

In addition to this weekend’s double XP event, developer Treyarch has confirmed Coheed and Cambria singer Claudio Sanchez will be playing Black Ops 3 later on this evening along with developers as part of its Community Game Night event. Sanchez will be logging into the PlayStation 4 version of the game and will be playing between 5pm PT to 6pm PT, so that’d be your best chance to possibly fight alongside or against him.
