The King of Fighters 14 gets a 12th teaser trailer

Not to alarm anybody, but SNK Playmore's The King of Fighters 14 now has almost as many teaser trailers as there have been iterations of the franchise. We are reaching critical mass for King of Fighters teaser trailers.

Why so many? Obviously, SNK Playmore and publisher Atlus USA have more to say, and to be honest, no one should complain: King of Fighters 14 is the first 3D entry in the venerable series, and it's looking mighty crisp. On display are beautiful backgrounds, fluidly animated characters, and some playful banter between Mai Shiranui—who holds the distinction of being SNK's first female character in a fighting game as of her debut in 1992's Fatal Fury 2—and Banderas Hattori, a new character interested in ninjas.

Female ninjas, in particular.

The King of Fighters 14 will bring over 50 characters exclusively on PS4 sometime in 2016.
