Hearthstone will soon begin cooking with Deck Recipes
A valuable new tool may soon be coming to Hearthstone, allowing players to craft specific decks.
Hearthstone is set to cook up something new later this week, with a major announcement on the game's next big step forward coming on Friday, March 11. Today, Blizzard offered up a taste of what to expect with this interesting tweet:
Anyone can cook! Deck Recipes are coming to #Hearthstone to help you brew new decks.https://t.co/BRFe48sc9K pic.twitter.com/yFcBQBOYRq

It appears that the upcoming addition of Standard mode will also usher in Deck Recipes. This appears to allow users the ability to craft specific decks that all work in conjunction with a certain strategy and with each other. The two on display there are for the Rogue: one pointing to an Edwin VanCleef deck and another to a Malygos deck.
According to Battle.net, this will act as an aid for new players and as a helping hand for experienced players. Each class will have one classic recipe filled with only Basic and Classic cards (so that it stays useful, even in the face of the fluid Standard mode format) and two themed recipes. If it turns out you're missing a card from the suggested deck, the game will automatically suggest a suitable replacement from your card library.
Blizzard is set to make its big Hearthstone announcement this Friday. For a better idea of what to expect from Standard mode, be sure to check out our recent interview with lead designer Ben Brode.

This is why I wish they'd get replays going already. I was on the wrong end of a game yesterday where I had full 30HP with 23 Armor as Warrior, but my opponent wound up with 4 Sorcerer's Apprentices on the board and just laid down Archmage Antonidas and spammed Fireballs at me. How does that even happen?
