We now know how much the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive will cost us when they release this spring, and it now appears it’s the PlayStation VR’s turn as Sony has started sending out invites for an event for the device taking place in mid-March.

The PlayStation VR event will be held on March 15 in San Francisco and is invite-only. The event will begin with a presentation of the PlayStation VR at 2pm PT and will continue with hands-on demos for those in attendance until 6pm PT.

The event is taking place during the 2016 Games Developers Conference, which means we should probably expect to hear more about the PlayStation VR’s pricing and availability. According to GameStop’s CEO, we should be preparing for the VR headset to launch this fall.
