Pillars of Eternity version 3.0 introduces several updates in mid Feb.
A more streamlined combat UI, a Story Time game mode, and more are expected in the upcoming update.
Obsidian Entertainment and Paradox Interactive have revealed several upcoming updates for their cRPG, Pillars of Eternity.
The game will feature a more streamlined combat UI, updates to the in-game Stronghold and portions of the game world, a new “Story Time” game mode, and improvements to a wide variety of in-game features, which include knockout injuries that change the difficulty during combat.
Version 3.0 will arrive as a free update to all players of Pillars of Eternity on February 16, 2016, which is the same day its second expansion, The White March - Part 2, is scheduled to release.
