Tekken 7 sets its sights on Nina Williams

Following last night's Evo 2016 lineup announcement, Tekken fans were treated to Tekken 7: Fated Retribution's latest character. Here comes the bride!

As we learned late last night, Tekken 7: Fated Retribution will be a part of this year's Evo 2016 lineup. But the slew of announcements was also accompanied by a special reveal for Bandai Namco's fighter in the form of the game's latest character. Tekken fans have become very familiar with assassin Nina Williams over the years and she's the latest fighter to join the fray, with an intriguing new outfit in tow.

The trailer below reveals Nina whipping out some familiar combos and holds. What's particularly new about this version of Nina is that she's apparently become an Uma Thurman-style vengeful bride. Exactly how she found herself in a wedding dress remains to be seen, since the story details are not present here. But there's plenty of action, so check out the video.

Still no word on when Tekken 7 will release, but whenver it's ready, it'll do battle on PlayStation 4.
