Majesco Entertainment has announced A Boy and His Blob remake will be released on current-gen consoles and PC on January 19.

A Boy and His Blob is based on WayForward’s Wii-exclusive platformer that was released back in 2009. The title will be made available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Vita, and PC and will support 1080p and run at 60fps.

For those who may have missed the 2009 version of A Boy and His Blob, this serves as a great opportunity to experience the iconic platformer on current consoles and PC. Majesco hasn’t announced how much the game will cost, but we’re sure we’ll learn more about that the closer we get to its release.
