Microsoft released Halo 5: Guardians’ first free content update, Battle of Shadow and Light, last month, and this week, the next update, Cartographer’s Gift, will be released, which will bring Forge Mode, new weapons, and more.

The Cartographer’s Gift will finally bring Forge Mode to Halo 5: Guardians as well as a host of new weapons, armor sets, assassinations, new Warzone, Arena, and Big Team Battle maps. The update will also bring Social playlists to Halo 5’s Arena, which offers a more casual Arena experience, and the start of the first season in ranked Arena playlists.

Microsoft doesn’t reveal when the Cartographer’s Gift will go live, but we would recommend you prepare for it being available by this weekend.
