Disney Infinity 3.0 is strong with first 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Play Set trailer

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18 and Disney Infinity 3.0's The Force Awakens Play Set will hit on that same day. Here's the first trailer.

Disney Interactive is sending all good Star Wars fans into the Thanksgiving holiday with a first look at the next Disney Infinity 3.0 Play Set. And this is a big one, because it's the first trailer for the Play Set based on the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The trailer carries much of the same nostalgic, tense atmosphere that the film trailers have captured. This is a first chance to check out how Finn, Rey, and Kylo Ren will look in their Disney Infinity forms. Also, this is a first glimpse at the far-more grizzled Han Solo. This is being billed as a chance to follow the story of the upcoming film and it certainly seems to appear that this Play Set will follow many of its events.

The Star Wars: The Force Awakens Play Set will hit Disney Infinity 3.0 on December 18, which also happens to be the date of the film's release.
