3D Realms' Bombshell delayed to January 2016
This bombshell won't be dropping for a few more weeks.
3D Realms and Interceptor Entertainment have announced their upcoming action game, Bombshell, has been delayed to January 29.
Bombshell was originally announced as a 2015 release, although Team Interceptor has revealed after several weeks of attempting to prepare the game for launch, it still “isn’t entirely bug free at this point.” Instead of rushing the game out the door and patching it post launch, the studio decided to move the game’s release date.
In addition to the delay, Team Interceptor has announced Bombshell will release in two versions. The Standard Edition will retail for $34.99 and will just include the base game, while the Digital Deluxe Edition will come with a copy of its digital soundtrack, beta access to Bombshell’s origin story, its digital art book and world maps.

If they're going to miss the holiday window, why not just sit on it until Feb/Mar? Jan is a terrible time to release a game. Gamers have their fill of holiday titles to play and are usually broke.
UNLESS, this game is so terrible that timing is irrelevant and they just have to get the development costs off the books. That would make sense. -
