Square Enix’s PlayStation 4 exclusive Dragon Quest Heroes appears to be headed to Steam.

Steam’s own Update News has revealed Dragon Quest Heroes will be available on PC soon. The ad, which you can see for yourself below, shows an image of all of the characters from the title along with the option to pre-purchase the game. When we click on the area to learn more details, the link just takes us to the front page of Steam’s store. This gives us an indication that someone at Steam probably pulled the trigger on this promotion prematurely.

While Dragon Quest Heroes’ jump to PC comes as a complete surprise, Square Enix has published a great majority of its titles on the platform. What makes this surprising is the fact the publisher has always stated it would be exclusive to the PlayStation 4.
