The Neo Geo may not have made a huge splash in the home console market, but it’s undeniable its arcade machines received a healthy dose of quarters on a daily basis. What helped many gamers pick the Neo Geo arcade machines was the fact that it had multiple games to play.

For this week's Shack's Arcade Corner, we take a look at one of the Neo Geo's most popular games, Samurai Shodown.

This is relevant to my interests! Samurai Shodown 2 was the pinnacle of the series. It was the same case with Soul Calibur 2.
(I did manage to have some fun with SS4 though)

I agree with Soul Calibur 2 = best in the series as well. Its a shame they have not made a new one that is as good as it but in the new pimped out hardware we have now hey.

Spiffy. Do World Heroes 1 or 2 next! Or, SF2 rainbow edition. Those were fun back in the day.

Rad man, loved that game the zoom in and out(aka scaling) was like "Holy Shit" back then. I really dug that it had weapons it was like the very first Soul Calibur X with SF.

Loved this game it was ACE, so many NEO GEO games where very good back in the day I liked almost all of them.

Ah good times as always, thanks Greg.
