Warner Bros. offers full refunds on Batman: Arkham Knight PC version through end of 2015
With a number of PC users still experiencing issues with Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, Warner Bros. is throwing up its hands and is ready to offer refunds.
While Halloween has been a day for treats, a number of PC gamers have been on the wrong end of a trick from Warner Bros. and Rocksteady for over four months in the form of the Batman: Arkham Knight PC version. The game just recently came back to Steam, but it still appears to have some major troubles. Both Eurogamer and our own Chatty community have noticed things are amiss, particularly its 12GB RAM requirement for Windows 10. With a number of PC users still disenchanted, Warner Bros. has thrown up its hands and is ready to offer refunds.
"Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product," reads the official Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment statement on Steam. "You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."
Users that initially experienced trouble submitting refund requests are encouraged to try again, with Valve noting that an interior issue has been resolved.
