PSA: Overwatch closed beta is now live

Check your emails, because the Overwatch closed beta has gone live and Blizzard is telling players what they should expect from the game in its current state.

The wait is over for those that have been watching Overwatch intently. Blizzard has announced that the closed beta is now live.

Today's Battle.net post notes that the number of closed beta participants will start off small. So check your emails and if there's nothing there, don't be discouraged just yet. Blizzard also indicates that Beta Test Weekends will open the door to additional invites.

Blizzard is taking Overwatch feedback on the Battle.net forums, while taking technical bug reports over on the bug forums. Tech issues should be reported to this forum.

Changes are already being made, such as a total replacement of Bastion's Ultimate ability. For more on what to expect from the beta, check out the video below.
