New Just Cause 3 gameplay trailer focuses on its explosive story
Explosions aren't the only things you can expect in Just Cause 3 as there's a story of possible world domination thrown in there.
We’ve seen Rico cause a lot of destruction in the majority of videos Avalanche Studios and Square Enix have released for Just Cause 3. But we’ve never thought “Why is Rico literally blowing everything up in Just Cause 3?” Well - we now know the reason for Rico’s spree of non-stop explosions as the title’s story trailer has just been released.
In Just Cause 3, Rico returns to Medici after the events of the previous game to find its under control of a brutal dictator, General Di Ravello. Ravello wants to expand beyond Medici to rule the world. Thankfully, Rico has set out to not only free Medic from Ravello’s clutches, but to stop him from taking over the world.
Just Cause 3 is scheduled to release on December 1 on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

It's coming at a great time, too. December 1st is perfect as it allows us to get all of the previously-released AAA games out of the way. Considering how much you can do in JC3, I'm sure it'll keep us busy for the rest of the month.
