I am conflicted. For ten year old me, this is dreams made digital flesh. I get to run around as a storm trooper (or a whiney rebel) and engage in gun fights and fly a Tie Fighter. Adult me realizes that I haven't played a Battlefield game since 2, and even then it was a short marriage. I broke up with Titanfall a few months after launch because it got ... I don't know boring?
This will definitely not be a day one purchase for me, and even though the larger player base will end up on the consoles in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Fifteen I still cannot bring myself to play an FPS on a console. It's frustrating having Franklin shoot people in GTA V (and those shooting range challenges can fuck right off).
What say you?

Yeah it's a tough call for me too. The game looks massively appealing to me, but I'm no longer a competitive multiplayer gamer. But if I don't jump on it immediately, I'll NEVER be able to catch up and be able to hold my own. I tried to get into Titanfall late after release and it was a god damn nightmare and extremely frustrating. I will try the beta for PC and PS4 to see if it's an experience I can't live without, but I have a feeling I'll just stick to watching other people play it and listening to other people's experiences.
