It's been a fun couple of months, but the Team Fortress 2 Gun Mettle Campaign is officially over. No new contracts are being handed out, but if you have any contracts left on your backlog, there isn't much time left to complete them. Players only have until October 12.

Upon purchasing the Gun Mettle Campaign, players were given the Campaign Coin, which is gradually upgraded upon successfully completing contracts. Those looking to get the Australium Gun Mettle Campaign Coin by acquiring 3000 CP have the next two weeks to complete any outstanding contracts and collect the bounty. Any incomplete contracts will be removed on October 13.

A few other fixes were added with today's game update, which can be found on the Team Fortress 2 website.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
