StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void beta now offers automated tournaments
Blizzard has made it easier than ever for StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void beta players to enter tournaments thanks to its latest update.
Blizzard has released a patch for the beta of StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void that offers two major updates, one of which includes automated tournaments.
The automated tournaments feature has been on of most requested competitive modes for StarCraft 2. Accessing automated tournaments is done by entering the “Tournaments” menu in the Legacy of the Void beta. Then, players will need to choose what kind of tournament they want to play in, with 3-round tournaments available between Monday to Thursday, and 6-round tournaments available between Friday to Sunday.
Blizzard has also made some major macro changes to certain units in the beta, which includes reducing the spawn larva to two per injection and setting its autocast on by default, removing the M.U.L.E. for Terran, and ditching Chrono Boost for Protoss. There are some other changes Blizzard has made for the beta, which you can read all about in its latest balance update announcement.
