Witching Hour Studios and ysbryd games have released a new trailer for their upcoming isometric RPG, Masquerada: Songs and Shadows, that shows the game in action as well as highlighting the game’s narrative.

Masquerada is set in the Venetian-inspired fantasy city of Ombre where masks unearthed from the ancient world are capable of giving destructive magical powers to an elite few. This causes a civil war between elitist Masquerada and the working-class Contadani, but when creatures begin to pop up throughout the city, a darker conspiracy is paved.

Masquerada will feature the voice talents of  Matthew Mercer (Fire Emblem: Awakening), Jennifer Hale (Mass Effect series), and Dave Fennoy (The Walking Dead) as well as additional voice actors. The new trailer released today highlights the voice acting included in the game.

Masquerada: Songs and Shadows is planned to be released on PC, Mac, and consoles (TBC) in spring 2016.
