Corsair has announced a number of new gaming-related peripherals which includes new RGB keyboards, a new mouse, and new headsets.

The Strafe RGB and Strafe RGB Silent are two of the latest keyboards Corsair have announced. Both Strafe RBG keyboards offer customizable multicolor backlighting of up to 16.8 million colors with a virtually unlimited number of light configurations and effects. Each key can also be programmed with automated macros using CUE (Corsair Utility Engine) as well as six unique lighting effects.

The Strafe RGB Silent is the world’s first keyboard fitted with Cherry MX Silent switches, which is capable of delivering the speed and precision of linear mechanical switches with a significant reduction in the sound it produces. The new switches combines with the keyboard’s noise-suppressing architecture make it 30% more quiet than other mechanical keyboards.

Next up is the Scimitar RGB, which is aimed at the MOBA/MMO audience as it offers 12 mechanical side buttons that are said to offer ultra-consistent, tactile feedback and actuation. The mouse offers a 12,000 DPI high performance optical sensor that also offers customizable mouse sensitivity, button functions, lighting, custom timer countdowns, double macros, and more through the CUE software.

Last, but certainly not least, is Corsair’s lineup of Void gaming headsets. The headsets come in either wireless, USB, or analog stereo. The earcups of these headsets are shaped to fit the human ear, which will provide a comfortable listening experience when in use. The USB and wireless Void headsets feature InfoMic status LEDs and a CUE Control dial, giving users the ability to control their game sound without having to pause the action. These models feature customizable RGB lighting, EQ, and Dolby 7.1 surround sound and come with a Y-adaptor cable to make them compatible with PlayStation 4, Xbox One, mobile devices, PC, and Mac.

The Strafe RGB keyboards will be available in October for $149.99 for the standard version and $159.99 for the RGB Silent. The Scimitar will be available in September and will retail for $79.99. As for the Void headsets, the Voide Wireless SE and Wireless Dolby 7.1 Gaming Headsets, the USB Dolby 7.1 Gaming Headsets, and the Stereo Analog Gaming Headets will be availble in August for $149.99, $129.99, $99.99, and $79.99, respetively.

It's got a layout I like, unlike everything Logitech makes. But corsair is even more expensive than Logitech.

If they make a 10-key-less version of the silent one I'll be interested.

Are they really those bright cheesy colors or could you turn that off?

You can literally make it do whatever you want, including being off or all one color.

I really like the strafe keyboard, not sure I need the RGB version, but I'm really tempted to get a regular version. I wish they would come out with a new mouse like the M60. the M65 had issues, and then they made the ones with the uggo logo. I anticipate their next FPS focused mouse.

I didn't want to flood the post with the tons of pictures Corsair sent me, so I went with a simple theme

Shame the wireless headsets are 2.4ghz (thankfully they do come in colors other than Special Edition).

Though maybe they get around the wifi interference issue the Logitech G930s have by having it output at much higher power using USB3/3.1 on the dongle and a bigger battery in the headset?

I can't speak to the new ones, but I have one of their V2100 wireless headsets and I've had no issues at all with interference and range, and my apartment complex is completely saturated with wifi.

This may be completely trivial, but I don't like how there's no Windows key on the right side. Whenever I get up from my desk, I do a quick right-Win + L to lock the screen. Having only a Win key on the left breaks that motion.
