After announcing the Xbox One will support backwards compatability, Microsoft has announced the feature will launch in November.
In addition to its official launch, Microsoft has announced all future Games with Gold titles will be backwards compatible, which means Xbox One owners can enjoy their free Xbox 360 games without having to fire up their last-gen console.
Xbox One backwards compatibility is only currently available for Preview Members and those users got a treat today with the reveal that the original Gears of War and Shadow Complex would be added to the backwards compatibility support list. Of course, its official public launch in November is something the majority of Xbox One owners have been looking forward to for some time.
