The legend goes that extraterrestrial life has been contained within a facility in Roswell, New Mexico. So what happens when everything there goes on a rampage? That's the premise behind the arcade classic Area 51, the subject of this week's Shack's Arcade Corner.

Join Greg Burke as he runs through this light-gun shooter that takes players on a run through the fabled Roswell facility. Watch as players survive against aliens, zombified humans, and other dangerous creatures. And behold, as Greg offers a brief history lesson on the game's development… and also offers up some observations on why this game may not have aged so well since it was first released.
