Bethesda Softworks and Zenimax Online have announced both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of The Elder Scrolls Online have received a major patch that improves its overall in-game performance, the queue system screen, and some of the more common in-game crashes. Several issues relating to art, gameplay, quests, UI, and more have been addressed as well.

Both versions of the game have received such notable improvements such as improving performance when a large number of player characters would load within the same area, the login queue now displays a status bar that fills until complete with spinning ouroboros, and stopping the game from crashing once your riding skills are fully upgraded.

The launch of both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of The Elder Scrolls Online didn’t exactly go as planned as Zenimax Online’s servers were getting hammered with a flood of new players. Thankfully, things have improved since then as players are now able to log in without being met with an error screen, and now that the queue system screen has been improved, players will now know how long it will actually take to enter the game, instead of just guessing.
